刚刚过去的2025年，是我国能源电力发展具有标志性意义的一年。全国全社会用电量首次突破10万亿千瓦时，用电规模相当于美国、印度、俄罗斯、日本、巴西、加拿大六大经济体年度用电量的总和，充分体现了我国经济运行的韧性与活力。与此同时，风电、光伏累计装机达到17.3亿千瓦，占全国总装机容量的46%，能源结构加快向清洁低碳转型，新型电力系统建设迈出坚实步伐。
在这一宏观背景下，过去一年，山东海兴电力科技有限公司紧扣行业变革趋势，在关键领域持续深耕、稳步突破。2025年，我们在负荷预测和新能源功率预测方向上，多项专利和软件著作权获得授权，核心技术能力不断夯实；负荷预测和新能源功率预测软件系统完成重要迭代升级，模型精度、系统稳定性和应用适配性显著提升；同时，首套面向新型电力系统的母线负荷预测系统在地市级调度上线运行，实现了从技术研发到调度实用化的重要跨越。这些成果，既是公司多年积累的集中体现，也是在新型电力系统实践中经受检验的真实答卷。
2026年，对我们而言具有承前启后的特殊意义。
这一年，我们将迎来公司成立十五周年。十五年来，山东海兴电力科技有限公司始终立足电力行业实际需求，围绕预测分析这一核心能力持续深耕，从起步探索到稳步发展，从夯基垒台到体系成型，走出了一条专注、务实的发展之路。这既是一段值得铭记的历程，更是一次面向未来、再出发的新起点。
与此同时，2026年也是国家“十五五”规划的开局之年。站在新的五年周期起点上，新能源占比持续提升，电网形态加速演进，运行机理日益复杂，对电力系统的感知能力、预测能力和智能决策能力提出了更高要求，也为公司未来发展指明了方向。
立足新的发展阶段，我们将把工作重点更加清晰地聚焦到以下几个方面。
第一，紧扣国家战略需求，服务新型电力系统建设。主动对接“十五五”能源电力发展方向，把公司技术路线和产品布局融入新型电力系统整体框架，在更高标准、更复杂场景中检验和提升自身能力。
第二，持续深耕预测核心能力，夯实技术护城河。围绕负荷预测、新能源功率预测等关键环节，推动产品从“可用”向“好用、耐用、可信赖”升级。
第三，强化创新驱动，推进成果落地见效。推动更多成熟方案走向调度一线、运行一线，真正服务电网安全稳定运行。
第四，坚持以人为本，凝聚长期发展的内生动力。以公司成立十五周年为新的起点，持续加强人才培养和团队建设，让每一位奋斗者都能与公司共同成长。

New Year Message 2026
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
As we turn the page to a new year, we welcome 2026—a year filled with opportunity as well as responsibility. On behalf of Shandong HiSing Power Technology Co., Ltd., I would like to extend my warm New Year greetings and best wishes to you all.
The year 2025 marked a milestone for China’s energy and power sector. For the first time, total national electricity consumption exceeded 10 trillion kilowatt-hours, a scale comparable to the combined annual electricity consumption of six major economies—the United States, India, Russia, Japan, Brazil, and Canada—highlighting the resilience and vitality of China’s economy. At the same time, cumulative installed capacity of wind and photovoltaic power reached 1.73 billion kilowatts, accounting for 46% of total installed power capacity nationwide. China’s energy mix continued its shift toward cleaner, lower-carbon sources, and solid progress was made in building a new-type power system.
Against this broader backdrop, Shandong HiSing Power Technology Co., Ltd. continued to make steady advances in key technical areas over the past year. In 2025, we secured multiple patents and software copyrights related to load forecasting and renewable power forecasting, further strengthening our core technical capabilities. Our load and renewable power forecasting software systems underwent major upgrades, delivering notable improvements in model accuracy, system reliability, and operational adaptability. In addition, the first bus-level load forecasting system designed for the new-type power system was successfully deployed at prefecture-level dispatch centers, representing an important transition from research and development to real-world dispatch applications. These achievements reflect years of focused effort and have been validated through practical operation in an evolving power system.
The year 2026 holds special significance for our company.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of Shandong HiSing Power Technology Co., Ltd. Over the past fifteen years, we have remained closely aligned with the practical needs of the power industry, with a consistent focus on forecasting and analytical capabilities. From early exploration to steady growth, and from foundational development to a more complete technical system, we have built a path defined by focus, professionalism, and pragmatism. This journey is worth remembering—and it also represents a new starting point as we look ahead.
At the same time, 2026 marks the opening year of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan. As renewable energy penetration continues to rise, grid structures evolve, and operational mechanisms become more complex, higher expectations are being placed on the power system’s sensing, forecasting, and intelligent decision-making capabilities. These trends also point clearly to our future direction.
As we enter this new stage, we will focus on several key priorities.
First, we will closely align with national strategies and actively support the development of the new-type power system. By aligning our technical roadmap and product portfolio with the energy and power priorities outlined in the 15th Five-Year Plan, we will continue to strengthen our capabilities under higher standards and more complex operating conditions.
Second, we will continue to deepen our core forecasting capabilities and reinforce our technological foundation. With a focus on load forecasting and renewable power forecasting, we will advance our products from being merely “usable” to becoming truly reliable, robust, and trusted solutions.
Third, we will strengthen innovation-driven development and accelerate the deployment of practical solutions. More mature technologies will be delivered to dispatching and operational frontlines to better support the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.
Fourth, we will remain people-centered and build sustainable momentum for long-term growth. Taking our 15th anniversary as a new starting point, we will continue to invest in talent development and team building, ensuring that every committed contributor can grow together with the company.
